YCS Project – Coastal Clean-up and Tree Planting

On Saturday 19th October the Youth Climate Summit (YCS) is hosting two events. Please join us at a Coastal Cleanup at Shelly Bay between 9am and 11pm or Tree Planting at Eve’s Pond between 9am and 12pm.

Coastal Cleanup at Shelly Bay will be in conjunction with KBB. This will involve sand sifting to remove microplastics from the beach along with the traditional trash collections along the railway bettwen Shelly Bay and Flatts Village. Meet at Shelly Bay at 8:45am.

Tree planting at Eve’s Pond in conjunction with the Bermuda National Trust. Eve’s Pond is located across from Shelly Bay beach.
