Prior to founding The Thinker, Glenn served as Head of Philosophy at King George V College, Connell College, and Carmel College, leading A-Level and International Baccalaureate programmes in Philosophy, Religious Studies, Theory of Knowledge, Critical Thinking, and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). He also spent two years as Philosopher in Residence at Greenbank High School, embedding philosophical enquiry across the curriculum.
He currently serves on the Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Sector (LCVS) Community Impact Fund Committee and is a Governor at St Hilda’s CE High School. His work focuses on creating opportunities for thoughtful dialogue and helping people develop the skills needed to navigate the ethical, social, and environmental challenges of the twenty-first century
